Manufacturing is at the core of what we do. We start by determining the most efficient machining route based on part geometry, material type, and batch requirements. The rest is handled by our machines, tooling, and years of established process knowledge.

Our capabilities

For complex geometries and multi-face parts, we machine in a single setup on our Mazak 5-axis machines — no datum loss, high precision, short cycle times. For simpler parts, our 3-axis vertical machining centers deliver fast and repeatable results.

Capability Detail
CNC milling 7 machines — 3-axis, 5-axis index, and simultaneous 5-axis
5-axis machining Mazak Variaxis i-700 simultaneous, up to 630 mm X-travel
Large-format milling Bridge-type machining up to 2000 × 1200 mm
CNC turning Mill-turn, C+Y axis lathes, and 7-axis Swiss-type auto lathe
Quality control 2× CMM, hardness tester, profile projector, roughness gauge
Welding TIG and MIG — aluminum, stainless steel, carbon steel
Prototype to series From single parts to small and medium batch runs

Materials we work with

Every material behaves differently on the machine. Aluminum cuts fast but requires attention, titanium runs slow but rewards patience, stainless steel is tough but causes no trouble with the right parameters. We've been working with these materials for years — we know the character of each one.

  • Aluminum alloys — 6061, 7075, 5083 and more
  • Stainless steel — 304, 316, 17-4PH
  • Titanium — Grade 2, Grade 5 (Ti6Al4V)
  • Carbon and structural steel — S235, S355, C45, 42CrMo4
  • Tool steel — 1.2343, 1.2379, 1.2738 for molds and tooling
  • Copper alloys — brass, bronze, CuZn39Pb3
  • Engineering plastics — POM, PEEK, Delrin, PTFE

Surface finishing coordination

Machining is done but the part isn't complete yet? We coordinate anodizing, coating, painting, and heat treatment through trusted partner companies. The customer doesn't need to find separate suppliers — we organize it, and the part is delivered ready.

From prototype to production

Getting the first part right matters, but the real challenge is making sure the 100th part comes out at the same quality. Programming strategy, fixturing method, tool selection, and inspection plan — when we get these right on the first part, batch production flows smoothly from there.

Aerospace, medical, automotive, and industrial equipment — whatever the sector, we apply the same manufacturing discipline.

Frequently Asked Questions

CNC milling, Mazak 5-axis simultaneous machining, 3-axis vertical milling, and precision turning. We handle everything from single prototypes to small and medium batch production.

We coordinate anodizing, coating, painting, and similar surface treatments through trusted partner companies. The customer works with us as a single point of contact — we manage the sub-processes.

Yes. We can start with a single prototype and manage the transition to batch production. The same process controls and quality standards apply at every stage.
